Late WWI or WWII No1 MkIII Enfield SMLE (Ishaphore) unknown date, SN 43924Z

NEED TO SHIP TO A FFL

The socket has no markings on the right side but the left is stamped “No1MkIII*/FR/42” at the bottom. This one was always rifle as it is not drilled for the shotgun loading tray About 70% bluing with some small pitting below woodline and at front edge of the ring. However, note that the front face of the ring has a partial sawblade shave on the top edge that need not effect barrel mounting.
